REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase. Returned merchandise will only be accepted for items that have not been worn, washed or altered in any way. The original tags must be attached and packing slip slip must be included with the return.   

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 for refund to be processed. 

Stellan & Wylde reserves the right to deny any refunds if the product does not meet our return policy requirements. Items will be sent back that does not meet Stellan & Wylde's Policy requirements.

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please contact customer service

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive a refund, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If delivery from Stellan & Wylde is refused. We will refund the merchandise and the taxes paid. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
